Your Role Based in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, you will be the main point of contact for Canadian clients-from quote request to after-sales service. Acting as the key coordinator, you''ll ensure project success by maintaining smooth communication and delivering top-tier customer service. Your responsibilities: Serve as the main liaison for clients throughout the full project lifecycle (RFQs, orders, engineering, delivery, commissioning, after-sales). Coordinate with internal departments: Sales, Engineering, Production, Logistics, Quality. Track project timelines, manage risks and change orders. Ensure accurate, up-to-date project documentation. Validate customer invoices and maintain project tracking in internal tools. Your Profile At least 4 years of experience in project or account management in an industrial environment. Degree in business, administration, or a related field (asset). Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Bilingual in French and English (required). Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Organized, proactive, and focused on client satisfaction. Working Conditions Full-time permanent position (on-site in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu).
