If you aggressively prospect for business, sell with confidence and integrity, and have a deep understanding of your clients' needs, our team and compensation structure is waiting for you!Please note, this is a pure sales role primarily focused on prospecting and closing the deal. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for new business development through cold-calling and field walk-ins with very little post-sale account management. You can expect a highly structured, productive, sales-driven, start-up environment. Working closely with Business Development Account Managers and your leadership team, you will position City Wide's well defined UVP to establish and nurture mutually profitable business relationships with clients. Successful Sales Executives will easily bring home over $100,000 in your first year and have very rapid career advancement opportunities. Priority will be given to those applicants that demonstrate a history of success in this kind of environment.The territory for this position will be Toronto, Etobicoke, Vaughn, Woodbridge. The ideal candidate will have easy access to these locations.In this position you will:Identify and qualify potential clientsInitiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, understand account requirements, and make initial presentationsCloses sales by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining our service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contractsConduct a minimum of 20 hours prospecting each weekUtilize and manage your customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain all customer informationMaintain and manage your Hot 25 list in CRMMaintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a professional manner so that you get along with clients, co-workers, and supervisorsOther duties as assigned by managementRequirements3+ years outside B2B sales experience, prefer most recent job experience in outside salesDemonstrated track record of success (2 full calendar years, IE 105% of sales goal via scorecard or sales dashboard)Strong skill set for prospecting and developing a territoryProficiency in CRM systems to include strong data entry and organization of sales dataPrior sales training certificate, e.g., Sandler, President's Club, Dale Carnegie, etc., preferredExperience closing short-cycle B2B salesOutgoing, dynamic personalityCan-do attitude that loves to be challengedOrganized within a defined sales process with an ability to move clients from prospect to closeAn excellent communicator with the ability to facilitate a presentation or a one-to-one meetingDemonstrated ability to coordinate team activities and work effectively with operations and marketing teamsStrong communication and presentation skillsStrong MS OfficeCity Wide Facility Solutions is a professional sales and management leader in the building maintenance industry serving the more than 100 locations across the US and Canada.
