Job summary The Store Associate works in a fast-paced environment to deliver friendly and courteous service to customers. The role involves store maintenance activities such as stocking shelves, merchandising and general housekeeping. Source and order automotive parts for customers though authorized suppliers. Schedule Automotive Service appointments and maintain communication with Customers and Automotive Service Technicians throughout service appointments. Process transactions, returns, warranties, and castings as required. Perform store maintenance activities including merchandising, stocking shelves, and customer service in the automotive and other store departments as required. Requirements / Skills Requirements: Full availability to work weekdays and weekends as required. Demonstrated automotive subject matter knowledge and interest. Positive attitude, punctuality and solid work ethic. Experience in a similar role, in a Canadian Tire store or Automotive Service Centre, is considered an asset.
