Winmar Property Restoration Specialists are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from beginning to end. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing scheduling while working with an Estimator to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities - Develop project plans, including defining scope, goals, and deliverables - Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors - Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations - Review and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications - Utilize construction management software - Communicate effectively with Estimator and clients to provide project updates - Implement quality control procedures to ensure high-quality construction standards are met - It is also expected that you can be working in the field at times as well. Requirements - Proven experience in project management within the construction industry - Proficiency in reading schematics and blueprints. - Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines - Familiarity with project management tools are important/ - Ability to lead a team effectively and resolve conflicts efficiently Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Life insurance * Vision care Schedule: * 10 hour shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Experience: * Project management: 2 years (preferred) Language: * English (preferred) Work Location: In person
