Job Title: Project Coordinator Location :- Canada Remote Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support and facilitate application build and deployment activities within our Azure Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) environment. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams including DevOps, Infrastructure, Application Development, and QA to ensure smooth coordination and execution of deployment tasks. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and track application build and deployment activities across multiple environments in Azure IaaS. Serve as the liaison between development, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure alignment on deployment schedules and requirements. Maintain and update deployment calendars, status reports, and documentation. Identify and mitigate risks or blockers to deployment timelines. Support the creation and maintenance of deployment runbooks and standard operating procedures. Assist in post-deployment validation and issue tracking. Required Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in a project coordination or technical project support role. Familiarity with Azure IaaS services (VMs, networking, storage, etc.). Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes. Strong organizational and communication skills. Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, SharePoint and PowerBI. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments. ITIL or PMP certification is a plus.
