The principal responsibility of the role is to oversee all warehouse activities involving order fulfillment, inventory management, employee supervision and safety for the organization.Responsibilities include:- Execute order fulfilment processes to the delivery of goods to the customer.- Maintain close liaison with internal/external customers, manufacturing plants and freight logistics partners to ensure the materials are delivered in right quantities, right items, and good condition.- Ship orders within time commitments and complete all documentation.- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming materials and product, and verify against written orders.- Ensure documentation such as packing lists, shipping labels, and other such documents are complete, accurate and processed appropriately.- Identify, investigate, and participate in opportunities to improve processes and procedures, to include various key performance metrics.- Coordinate and handle ship management and daily operation/schedule with the customer service, operation, and logistics team.Role Requirements:- Diploma in Supply Chain is preferred- Minimum 2-3 years'' experience in a distribution center environment - Effective customer service skills- Process driven and efficientIf you think you are the right candidate for the role.
