Director of Finance Position We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Finance to join our team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial planning and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and business management. They will be able to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and develop strategic recommendations to drive business growth. Responsibilities: Oversee month-end processes, reconciliations, and internal reporting to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting Accountable for accurate and timely monthly/quarterly financial reporting to ensure compliance with internal and external reporting requirements Coordinate, analyze, and present monthly financial performance to executive teams, senior management, and stakeholders Own the quarterly financial forecasting process, including consideration of sales pipeline, costs analysis, and key drivers and assumptions Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to direct reports, ensuring continual development, performance expectations, and engagement Requirements: Bachelor''s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field Professional accounting designation (CPA, CMA, or CA) Minimum of 10+ years accounting and/or finance experience, min 5 yrs in a management role High degree of business acumen Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines Ability to gather data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and propose solutions Benefits: Competitive compensation package inclusive of annual bonus and employee stock purchase program Industry leading organization with strong mentors and teammates 100% remote role and fantastic culture Other Information: North American travel will be required up to 25%.
