Seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Leader who will provide strategic guidance to drive business growth. About the Role: We are looking for an experienced professional with expertise in financial planning and analysis, accounting, internal controls, and audit. The successful candidate will oversee all planning, forecasting, accounting, and reporting activities related to capital expenditures and manage the organization''s capital budget. Additionally, they will play a key role in managing all aspects of the hospital''s capital funding and planning, including overseeing treasury activities and managing ancillary financial activities. About You: To be successful in this role, you must have a CPA designation, a university degree preferably in Business or Commerce, and at least 5 years of progressive experience in financial accounting and reporting in a large complex organization with a minimum of 2 years of finance leadership function, preferably in a healthcare setting. Prior experience in capital accounting, planning, and reporting is highly desirable. You should also have demonstrated in-depth knowledge of GAAP as applicable to hospitals and knowledge and understanding of continuous quality improvement techniques as they relate to financial targets, timeliness, client, and staff satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have proven ability to consolidate and summarize data in a presentation format for senior management''s review and assessment and demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
