Job Title: Financial Operations Manager This is a pivotal role that oversees all financial operations, ensuring seamless execution and optimal cash flow management. Manage the entire spectrum of cash management, encompassing account funding, wire transfers, and cash concentration. Provide support for long-term capital market activities, including private placements for secured notes and oversee regular cash flow movements within entities set up for secured notes issues. Monitor liquidity positions across various funding structures to ensure optimal cash flow management. Maintain and enhance cash forecasting processes to provide visibility into short-term and long-term liquidity needs. Proactively identify potential cash flow risks and implement mitigating strategies. Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to cash transfers to ensure smooth treasury operations. Required Skills: To excel in this role, you will need: Bachelor''s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CTP, CFA) is a plus. 5+ years of experience in treasury operations management or structured finance. Strong understanding of cash management and funds flow for secured notes offering funding structures. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to see the big picture. Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience working with internal team members and external financial partners.
