Director of Finance ''> As a Director of Finance, you will oversee the month-end processes, reconciliations and internal reporting to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. You will be accountable for producing period-end variance reports and commentary, as well as coordinating, analyzing, and presenting the monthly financial performance to senior management. The role requires strong leadership skills, including providing guidance and coaching to direct reports, ensuring continual development, performance expectations, and engagement. Additionally, you will be responsible for working with the business to assess market pricing, new deal pricing, and sales approach for our products. Experience with Adaptive Planning, OpenAir (PSA), SalesForce (CRM), and Great Plains/NetSuite (ERP) is an asset in this role. North American travel may be required up to 25% of the time. Requirements Bachelor''s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or a related field. Professional accounting designation (CPA, CMA, or CA) Minimum of 10+ years accounting and/or finance experience, min 5 yrs in a management role. High degree of business acumen. Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines. Ability to gather data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and propose solutions. Strong ability to influence without authority. High integrity and personal ethics due to sensitive issues and information this role entails. Well organized, data-driven detail-oriented and able to work variable hours when required.
