About the Company We are looking for a highly skilled financial leader to join our team. As Director of Finance, you will play a key role in overseeing our month-end processes, reconciliations, and internal reporting. Responsibilities: Oversight of month-end processes, reconciliations, and internal reporting to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including reviewing and producing period-end variance reports and commentary Accountable for accurate and timely monthly/quarterly financial reporting to ensure compliance with IFRS Coordinate, analyze, and present the monthly financial performance to Executive Team, Senior Management, and the organization Ownership of quarterly financial forecasting process, including consideration of sales pipeline, costs analysis, and key drivers and assumptions Governance of execution of action plans from quarterly review process Leadership, guidance, and coaching to direct reports, ensuring continual development, performance expectations, and engagement Financial analysis over new product initiatives, including cost assessment, revenue forecasts, and overall lifetime profitability Responsible for working with the business to assess market pricing, new deal pricing, and sales approach for products Monitoring and input on key metrics of individual customer contracts Enforcement of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Corporate tax support, transfer pricing, and state revenue allocations Becoming an expert in Adaptive Planning, OpenAir, SalesForce, and Great Plains/NetSuite Collaboration with functional leads to ensure projects bids and contract terms adhere to corporate parameters About You Bachelor''s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related field Professional accounting designation (CPA, CMA, or CA) Minimum 10+ years accounting and/or finance experience, minimum 5 yrs in management role High business acumen and ability to perform under pressure Ability to gather data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and propose solutions Strong influence without authority High integrity and personal ethics due to sensitive issues and information this role entails Well-organized, data-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work variable hours when required Experience with Adaptive, Great Plains/NetSuite is an asset North American travel required (up to 25%'') Salary Range: $140,000 to $155,000 per year Benefits and Culture 100% remote work option and fantastic culture Industry-leading organization with strong mentors and teammates Competitive compensation package inclusive of annual bonus and employee stock purchase program Ambitious growth opportunities and professional development How to Apply Click the
