Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) leader to drive business growth and strategic decision-making. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial models, forecasts, and analysis to inform business strategy. About the Role: In this role, you will: Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, including P&Ls, cash flow projections, and sensitivity analyses Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing and revenue strategies Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions and support strategic planning Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and profitability Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need: 5+ years of experience in FP&A, preferably in the CPG or food manufacturing industry Strong financial modeling skills, with experience in building P&Ls, ROI models, and scenario analysis Ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working cross-functionally across finance and commercial teams Benefits: As a member of our team, you can expect: A competitive salary range: $130,000 - $140,000 per year A dynamic and supportive work environment How to Apply: If you are a motivated and results-driven individual looking to take your career to the next level, please submit your resume and cover letter for consideration.
