About this role: ''> Maintain and oversee day-to-day financial operations, including general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable processing, payroll administration, and bank reconciliations. Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting in compliance with international financial standards. Lead the preparation of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to drive business growth and profitability. Coordinate and support external audits and liaise with auditors as needed to maintain regulatory compliance. Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure adherence to industry best practices. ''> About you: ''> Bachelor''s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Master''s degree is an asset. CPA designation (or equivalent) required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and/or finance Strong knowledge of IFRS with practical experience applying these standards Knowledge of accounting principles and practices Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is critical Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ''> Why work here?
