Financial Leadership Position This is a leadership role that oversees financial processes and ensures timely financial reporting. The successful candidate will have experience in accounting and finance, with a strong background in management. Oversee month end processes, reconciliations, and internal reporting to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Coordinate, analyze, and present monthly financial performance to the executive team and senior management. Develop and implement financial forecasting processes to drive business decisions. Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports, ensuring their continued development and performance expectations are met. Key Skills: Bachelor''s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or a related field. Professional accounting designation (CPA, CMA, or CA). Minimum of 10+ years accounting and/or finance experience, with at least 5 years in a management role. Strong business acumen and ability to influence without authority. About You: Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Data-driven detail-oriented and able to work variable hours when required. North American travel may be required up to 25%.
