Job Description We are seeking a seasoned Financial Accounting Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional financial reporting support and driving business operations improvements. Oversee the planning and coordination of preparing financial statements and audit processes for US & Canadian entities with Senior Accountants. Review statutory working papers, financial statements, and note disclosures prepared by the team, while managing WIP processes and external audit relationships. Lead a small team of accountants, fostering development and performance through effective leadership and communication. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end financial reporting and statutory accounting, with experience in ERP systems and team management. Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills are essential for this role. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor''s degree in accounting, business, or economics required. Qualified CPA designation is necessary. 7+ years post-qualification experience in financial reporting and statutory accounting. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP/Oracle/JDE) preferred. Team management experience with strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Benefits This role offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 - $135,000/year, depending on factors such as skill sets, experience, training, licensure, and certification requirements.
