Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day activities of property accounting staff to ensure the efficient operation of all properties under management Responsible for timely and accurate completion of annual activities such as property budgets, cash flow forecasting, final operating cost recovery adjustments, annual property taxes, and property audits Review of monthly and annual property accounting activities to ensure that desired results are achieved according to deadlines, GAAP, and client policies/requirements Requirements CPA designation (CA, CGA, CMA) required and in good standing Bachelor''s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory capacity Preferred Qualifications Strong background in property accounting and real estate financial reporting Proven experience overseeing budgeting, forecasting, operating cost recoveries, audits, and property tax processes Demonstrated success in staff development, performance management, and team leadership Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $126,000 per year, plus discretionary bonuses.
