Financial Leadership Opportunity We are seeking a seasoned finance leader to oversee our month-end processes, reconciliations, and internal reporting. This role involves reviewing and producing period-end variance reports and commentary, as well as ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting for both internal and external stakeholders. About the Role: Oversee month-end closing, including review and production of period-end variance reports and commentary; Accountable for accurate and timely financial reporting to ensure compliance with IFRS; Coordinate, analyze, and present monthly financial performance to the Executive Team and Senior Management; Own quarterly financial forecasting process, including consideration of sales pipeline, costs analysis, and key drivers; Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports, ensuring continued development, performance expectations, and engagement; Lead financial analysis for new product initiatives, including cost assessment, revenue forecasts, and overall lifetime profitability; Responsible for working with business stakeholders to assess market pricing, new deal pricing, and sales approach; Monitor and enforce Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); Provide corporate tax support, transfer pricing, and state revenue allocations. Requirements: Bachelor''s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field; Professional accounting designation (CPA, CMA, or CA); Minimum 10+ years accounting and/or finance experience, with at least 5 years in a management role; High degree of business acumen; Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines; Ability to gather data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and propose solutions; Strong ability to influence without authority; High integrity and personal ethics due to sensitive issues and information this role entails; Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work variable hours when required.
