Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to drive business growth and profitability. Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and make informed recommendations to management. Lead cross-functional teams to improve financial processes, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency. Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with the company''s vision and goals. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in finance, preferably in a leadership role. CPA designation or equivalent. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
