Job Responsibilities Display Management: Ensure a fresh and appealing display by keeping cases and shelves clean and well-stocked. This includes front-facing products, checking codes, rotating, and removing out-of-date items. Inventory Management: Assist the team leader in organizing and displaying volume and seasonal items. Monitor inventory levels and communicate waste to buyers and supervisors. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, address customer needs in a timely and effective manner, and model suggestive selling techniques. Answer phones and pages promptly and courteously. Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and sanitary working and shopping environment. This includes maintaining equipment in accordance with store cleanliness and safety standards. Teamwork: Work effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly, and follow directions and procedures. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Requirements No prior retail experience required. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Ability to stand/walk for 6-8 hours in an 8-hour workday. Ability to use tools and equipment, including knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery.
