''> Support local partners in mainstreaming gender into their projects Develop tools to strengthen gender work As a Gender Advisor, you will be responsible for leading the development of capacity-building initiatives for local partners, focusing on advancing gender equality and empowering women and girls. You will also work closely with the project team to identify and address the needs of local communities, ensuring that our programs are responsive to their requirements.
