Whats the Job? 🕒 Duration: 1 Year Contract 💼 Work Model: Hybrid (In-Office: Mon, Tue, Thu | Remote: Wed, Fri) 🚗 Driving Required: Yes (Drivers abstract required) 💲 Suggested Pay Rate (T4): $55.14/hr 💲 Suggested Pay Rate (Incorporated): $66.63/hr About the Role We are seeking a Project Controls Coordinator III to join our client, in supporting project execution through cost management, forecasting, scheduling, and reporting. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and experience in project controls. Key Responsibilities Analyze and maintain project costs at the WBS level (budget, incurred costs, commitments, forecasts) Provide timely and accurate cost reporting and earned value analysis Prepare monthly project reports and capital cost estimates using EcoSys and Excel Manage project change orders and ensure accurate cost transactions Collaborate with Project Managers, Field Cost Analysts, and Engineering Cost Associates Maintain project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for execution and accounting compliance Required Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Controls or Project Management PMP designation preferred Proficient in SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Excel (intermediate+) Strong knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment If this is a role that interests you and youd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
