In this role, the Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing clinical advice, as well as delivery services.Schedule:PRN- any hours and day of the week between 8 AM- 8 PM, some on call (overnight).Able to offer 16 hours (2 shifts) a week consistentlyResponsibilitiesProvides clinical consultations to patients as well as recommendations to nurses, physicians, and other hospice personnelEvaluates medication profiles, compliance, and modifications to achieve desired therapeutic outcomesAnswers customer questions and resolves customer issues in a timely mannerRetrieves data in the pharmacy systemManages medication ordersEnsures proper storage and security conditions for medicationsMaintains a productive, orderly, and error-free work environmentQualificationsDoctor of Pharmacy Degree or Bachelor of Science Pharmacy DegreeCurrent and good standing Pharmacist LicenseStrong communication skills, customer service, and problem-solving skillsAbout Our Line Of BusinessOnePoint Patient Care, an affiliate of PharMerica, is the nations leading independent provider of community-based hospice pharmacy and pharmacy benefits management (PBM) services offering hospices nationwide flexible and adaptable solutions for their hospice pharmacy needs.
