This role will support our various lines of business by reviewing customer contracts, supporting both legal and compliance matters, coordinating with external counsel on more complex issues, and assisting in the research, drafting, and maintenance of vendor contracts.The Key Objectives Of The RoleAssist with reducing the risks of litigation and ensure that the documents and policies adhere to all relevant legislationEnsure delivery of legal services and resources to accomplish corporate goals, strategies and prioritiesWhat Youll DoAssist with reducing the risks of litigation and ensure that the documents and policies adhere to all relevant legislationEnsure delivery of legal services and resources to accomplish corporate goals, strategies and prioritiesPerforms research on applicable regulations, laws/legal requirements and best practicesCollects and organizes material, contracts, and other important documents for managers to review; Provides legal perspective and guidance to a variety of managers within the organizationKeeps files organized and up-to-date in paper and/or electronic formatResearches, drafts and/or reviews formal documents such as contracts and correspondence with customers, vendors, and other partiesPlays a supporting role in legal or compliance mattersCoordinates, along with senior leaders, with external counsel on more complex issuesPrepare responses and organizes contract detailsArranges meetings with internal and external stakeholdersAttends to basic clerical tasks, such as photocopying, making and receiving phone calls, and fielding correspondenceWhat You BringCertificate or Diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution isrequired3-5 years' experience in an office environment is preferredVery detail-oriented with an ability to multi-taskExcellent customer service and communication skills - verbal and writtenStrong organizational and administrative skillsExperience with Microsoft Office - specifically Word, Excel, and OutlookAbility to work independently and not need constant supervisionAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentAbility to adhere to strict daily deadlines and re-prioritize throughout the dayWhat Youll GetProfessional Growth: Work with top-tier clients and cutting-edge tools in the performance marketing industry.Collaborative Culture: Be part of a global organization that values curiosity, transparency, and innovation.Competitive Benefits:Competitive salary and comprehensive health benefits.Generous PTO, wellness initiatives and parental leave.Retirement saving plans.Opportunities for continued learning and professional development.A supportive, collaborative, and casual work environment.How We WorkThis role requires two in-office days per week, with three days in-office during the three-month orientation period.
