Long-Term House Helper Wanted **Location:** Bowness **Compensation:** $25-30/hr cash - 4/5 hrs/wk, flexible with days and times, but between say, 830am-430pm. Im looking for a super nurturing side kick for a long-term role within my family setting. I have two small houses - side by side in Bowness. I live full-time in one; and the other is either occupied by my Mom when she is in town (summer and Xmas), or I do rent it sometimes on Airbnb. Responsibilities will mostly depend on the needs at the time of your arrival. Sometimes Ill have laundry done; which leaves say, organizing the fridge or errands, general other cleaning. Lots of variety!! Your hours here could look like: 1. Airbnb help! Sometimes filling Airbnb supplies (tea, coffe, making sure soap and shampoo is full. (Airbnb takes about an hour to flip, but its not always rented). 2. Meal Prep: with a recipe; prepare the ingredients mise en place kinda thing. Start the rice, marinate the meat, chop veggies etc) 3. Drop donations, run to superstore, return bottles etc. 4. Cleaning & Organization: - Laundry - Fridge organizing - Deep cleaning sometimes if needed and you have time left in your week (like windowsills, baseboards, oven etc) What We''re Looking For: - A Bowness or close neighborhood mom, grandma, Canadian newcomer (or others) who values long-term relationships over short-term gigs. Who doesnt necessarily need the hours/work but happy to get out the house! - A self-starter type who can identify tasks with little guidance. See things areas I could need help. - Friendly and comfortable around us because often we are working from home while youll be here - Reliability is important, and flexibility with scheduling Though we do have an older kid, this role does not include childcare or nanny-type duties.
