Responsibilities Security Program Management - Oversee the implementation of physical security policies and procedures at applicable datacenters, ensuring Microsofts physical security vendor guard force has the resources and information to deliver security services that meet company and customer requirements to protect people, information, and critical infrastructure. Perform analysis to detect security threats, alerts, or risks, and escalate to the critical incident response team and/or external authorities as necessary. Implement security protocols to support the physical protection of personnel and assets. Deliver and maintain security programs within areas of responsibility. Partner with datacenter operations, security systems, and other stakeholders to ensure secure and continuous operations, fostering a collaborative environment. Continuously improve the physical security program by analyzing data, recommending strategies, optimizing resources, and automating processes where possible. Security Leadership Manage escalations and notifications related to physical security and business-impacting events. Communicate effectively with regional leadership and ensure appropriate incident response. Be on-call 24/7/365 and willing to travel as needed. Support risk identification and mitigation efforts, and report risk analyses to stakeholders and leaders. Qualifications Required: 4+ years in Security Program Management or related field. 1+ years working with physical security policies in large facilities. Ability to meet security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check and citizenship verification. Preferred: Bachelors Degree in Business Risks or related field, with 5+ years experience, or equivalent experience. Certifications such as CPP, PSP, or equivalent. Additional Information: The salary range for this role in Canada is CAD $96,000 - CAD $177,600 annually. Applications accepted until June 27th, 2025.
