Accompagnateur(-trice) du rendement des franchiss Expedia Croisires est la recherche dun(e) accompagnateur(-trice) du rendement des franchiss (gestionnaire sur le terrain) dynamique qui fournira du mentorat et du soutien oprationnel nos centres de vente au dtail dans les provinces de lOntario, du Qubec et du Canada atlantique. En tant que titulaire de ce poste, vous stimulerez la croissance des ventes des franchiss et augmenterez la valeur commerciale grce un encadrement et une formation personnaliss et cohrents auprs des partenaires franchiss. Ce soutien sarticule autour des stratgies, des ressources et des comportements Compass des partenaires franchiss dExpedia Croisires, notamment : le leadership et la reconnaissance, le recrutement et lintgration, le marketing et les promotions, la planification et le rendement, les oprations et ladministration. Dans ce rle, vous aurez les responsabilits suivantes : Animer les sances annuelles de planification des activits. Encadrer les partenaires franchiss dans llaboration de leurs plans daffaires trimestriels, en mettant laccent sur la mise en uvre locale des stratgies de base de la franchise et sur leur rendement. Veiller ce que le recrutement et lintgration, ainsi que la direction de lquipe des ventes demeurent des priorits constantes pour les partenaires franchiss. Accompagner les partenaires franchiss dans la mise en place dun leadership efficace au sein de leur quipe des ventes, notamment par le biais de runions mensuelles, dun mentorat individuel des conseillers, de la dfinition dobjectifs pour le Club des navigateurs et de la mthodologie de lapproche de vente Navigators . Passer en revue et encadrer les investissements marketing qui soutiennent les stratgies Compass par les moyens suivants : Soutien du partenaire franchis dans le dveloppement et la mise en uvre de son plan marketing national et local Marketing dattraction et de fidlisation Promotions et vnements de soldes Expedia Croisires Marchandisage au centre Marketing de recrutement de conseillers Veiller ce que le centre de franchise adhre tous les systmes Expedia Croisires et respecte lensemble des normes de notre marque. Sassurer que le centre est soutenu et dispose de toutes les connaissances ncessaires sur le fonctionnement du centre grce CruiseDesk afin de favoriser la croissance. Recueillir rgulirement les commentaires sur le terrain grce des rapports systmatiques et rguliers, et attnuer les obstacles en collaborant avec les spcialistes du programme Expedia Croisires. Veiller ce que tous les nouveaux franchiss bnficient du soutien ncessaire et voluent vers les critres de rfrence Star Among Your Peers grce la mise en uvre du systme de franchise. Favoriser une gestion optimale du rendement omnicanal en tirant parti doutils analytiques avancs pour atteindre les objectifs stratgiques en matire de prise de dcision. Ce poste ncessite 25 % de dplacements en Amrique du Nord. Votre exprience et vos comptences : Communication professionnelle bilingue en anglais et en franais Travail ax sur les donnes. Exprience dans un environnement o il faut grer des conflits et rsoudre des problmes Baccalaurat ou matrise en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine technique connexe, ou exprience professionnelle pertinente quivalente Au moins 5 ans dexprience en gestion des ventes au dtail dans le domaine des franchises, du voyage ou dans un domaine connexe.
