International candidates will be considered and a work permit will be provided. The ideal candidate for this role can offer 5+ years at the Director level within a large-scale resort spa location. (First time Spa Directors will not be considered).My client is seeking someone who can offer impressive financial acumen, the ability to build a positive, cohesive team culture and create compelling spa/wellness offerings for a very discerning clientele. You should be familiar with spa-specific sales/marketing plans, social media outreach and use of PR to drive revenue.
