Our client, a reputable electrical contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join their growing team in a permanent position. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting the delivery of commercial electrical projects from start to finish.This is an on-site position, located in Ottawa, ON.Responsibilities:Coordinate projects to ensure timelines and budgets are metManage documentation including RFIs, change orders, shop drawings, and closeoutsSupport procurement by evaluating vendor quotes and managing material deliveriesTrack job site progress and ensure project compliance with contract specsUse AutoCAD and BIM tools to assist with design layouts and as-built documentationMaintain accurate project records and coordinate with internal and external stakeholdersQualifications:5+ years of experience in electrical contracting or construction project coordinationPost-secondary education in related field.Ability to read blueprints and specificationsStrong understanding of commercial electrical systems and construction processesExcellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
