We are a team passionate about cars, cool technology, and working together to dominate the market segments we operate in.You can learn more about Alchemy at: ResponsibilitiesKit Assembly & PackagingAccurately pick, pack, and assemble components for each product kit based on defined specificationsEnsure proper labeling, sealing, and professional presentation of every kitAdhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control protocolsInventory ManagementMonitor stock levels of kit components and communicate restocking needsParticipate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliationsMaintain a clean, organized packing station with minimal material wasteOrder FulfillmentPrioritize and fulfill orders in coordination with the sales and logistics teamsRecord fulfillment data using inventory softwareAssist with labeling, shipping preparation, and transfer to logistics carriersQuality AssuranceIdentify and report defective or missing components during the packing processConduct final inspection of kits to ensure consistency and completenessQualificationsHigh attention to detail and consistency in routine tasksPrior experience in fulfillment, manufacturing, or warehousing is an assetComfortable working with digital inventory systems or spreadsheetsAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbsStrong time management and organizational skillsWhat We OfferTransition to full time roleFlexible shift optionsTraining and support in a collaborative team environmentClear procedures and performance expectations
