On-Target Earnings : $150,000 - $220,000 CAD Location : Kelowna, BC ( In-person ) | Relocation required. Relocation reimbursement is available. About the Role As Director of Finance , youll take on a strategic leadership role in driving financial clarity and operational excellence across the company. Youll collaborate closely with the executive team, oversee budgets, forecasts, and automation tools, and bring a strong compliance mindset to help us scale responsibly. Responsibilities Financial Management Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting with clarity and accuracy Develop robust forecasting tools and dashboards to guide executive decisions Own the budgeting process across teams Prepare financial presentations for internal stakeholders Ensure full compliance with Canadian accounting standards and regulations Manage cash flow, financial risk, and strategic planning Collaborate with auditors and manage audit documentation Controls & Compliance Build internal controls and approval hierarchies Maintain compliance with all financial procedures and regulations Conduct regular internal audits and improve efficiencies What You Bring Required Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, or Business CPA designation (or in-progress) 510 years of experience in financial leadership roles Expertise in accounting software, ERP systems, and RPA tools Advanced Excel and data analysis skills A sharp eye for compliance and detail Preferred Experience with financial automation tools Exposure to people operations or HR collaboration Background in high-growth, scaling companies Youre a Fit If You: Love solving problems and simplifying processes Thrive in fast-paced, impact-driven environments Communicate clearly and confidently Enjoy rolling up your sleeves and celebrating wins together Are looking for more than a job you want to build something Why Kelowna, Why Now?
