Director of Operations Role We are seeking a seasoned Operations Director to lead our diverse group of companies, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance across various business units. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day leadership across Aviation, Hospitality, Real Estate, Retail, Brewery, and Luxury Charter business units. Evaluate and mentor business unit leaders, promoting clarity in role expectations and accountability for KPIs, budgets, and standard operating procedures. Implement and enforce SOPs, workflows, and operational cadence, ensuring effective utilization of software systems and reporting tools. Maintain rigorous performance tracking and monthly reporting, collaborating with functional leaders to drive results-oriented decision-making. Work closely with Directors of Finance, HR, and Technology to align business unit activities, share best practices, and ensure regulatory compliance. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strategic executive with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, backed by a strong track record of leadership in multi-site or multi-industry environments. Able to navigate complex organizational structures, drive change management initiatives, and foster collaboration among diverse teams. Highly structured, system-oriented leader who can translate strategy into actionable plans and drive results through clear expectations and accountable team members.
