Were partnering with a well-established construction firm in Hamilton (client confidential) to find a Senior Estimator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings deep expertise in ICI or building construction. What Youll Do: Lead the estimating process for commercial and residential building projects. Analyze drawings, specs, and tender documents to prepare accurate cost estimates. Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Identify value engineering opportunities and support project handover. What You Bring: 7+ years of estimating experience in building construction (ICI or residential). Strong knowledge of Ontario Building Code and construction methods. Proficiency in estimating tools (e.g., PlanSwift, Bluebeam). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Why Apply?
