We have an immediate opening for a Field Service Specialist. The successful candidate will liaise with customers and diagnose, troubleshoot, service, repair, and perform preventative maintenance to electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems on a variety of construction, forestry, and mining equipment. Your key responsibilities are: Travel (approximately 20%) to international and North American customer sites Coordinate warranty and service related issues with customers Manage parts and service concerns Liaise with local onsite mechanics and conduct training Assist local onsite mechanics and perform troubleshooting and repair Conduct equipment inspections prior to shipping Respond to customer inquiries and concerns electronically and diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to determine the root cause of problems. Troubleshoot with floor staff during fabrication process Write maintenance and job reports to company requirements; use computer and job maintenance software for specific applications.
