This role is instrumental in developing and executing tailored education strategies that reflect the unique DNA of each brand across both prestige and luxury retail channels.Reporting to the Senior Sales and Education Manager, the successful candidate will design impactful training programs, optimize digital learning experiences, and collaborate cross-functionally to elevate in-store execution. A hands-on, detail-oriented mindset is key, along with a shared belief that no task is too big or too small in the pursuit of creating a more beautiful world.Principal AccountabilitiesResponsibilities include but are not limited to:Education Program Development & FacilitationDesign and deliver engaging, brand-aligned training programs for internal teams, field staff, and retail partners.Lead virtual and in-person training sessions tailored to seasonal strategies, new product launches, and evolving consumer needs.Customize education content by retailers and regions to ensure local relevance and consistent brand storytelling.Content Creation & Digital LearningDevelop dynamic digital learning content, including video tutorials, quick guides, and e-learning modules.Script, produce, and edit educational materials highlighting product knowledge, service rituals, and sales techniques.Optimize digital formats using field feedback and analytics to boost engagement and retention.Field Coaching & Retail SupportEquip field teams and Beauty Advisors with training toolkits and on-demand learning resources.Conduct market visits to assess training impact, coach on best practices, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.Support onboarding and ongoing development through structured learning paths and reinforcement strategies.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Sales, Marketing, and Creative teams to ensure training aligns with brand strategy, messaging, and campaign goals.Manage the education calendar, including training agendas for onboarding, launches, and seasonal activations.Support education initiatives at events, masterclasses, retailer trainings, and consumer-facing experiences.Operations & ReportingOversee inventory and allocation of education tools, training kits, and visual merchandising materials.Track participation, measure training effectiveness through KPIs, and generate post-training reports with key insights and recommendations.Identify skill gaps and propose targeted education solutions to drive retail performance and elevate customer experience.Innovation & Industry InsightStay informed on industry trends, retail innovations, and competitor strategies to evolve the learner experience continuously.Champion creativity and new formats that enhance engagement and reflect brand positioning across diverse channels.Qualification, Experience and skillsetBachelors degree or higher with 5+ years of experience in beauty/skincare education, sales training, or field coaching.Experience with premium or luxury beauty retailers; Sephora background is a strong asset.Strong grasp of consumer behavior and adult learning principles; able to tailor education for diverse audiences and formatsEngaging presenter and facilitator, capable of motivating teams in both virtual and in-person settingsSkilled in creating impactful e-learning content, product storytelling, and branded webinarsData-driven, with the ability to assess training impact and optimize based on KPIs and feedbackExperienced in designing training programs that support knowledge retention and in-store performanceProficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Canva, Google Suite, or other visual tools is a plusBackground in video content creation, including scripting and editing, is a strong advantageBilingual (English & French) is an assetTeam player with cross-functional collaboration experience (Sales, Marketing, Creative)Willing and able to travel as needed, including some weekends, for training, store visits, and eventsMust have a valid drivers license and access to a vehicleSelf-starter with a proactive mindset and strong project ownershipThrives in fast-paced, evolving environments; agile, creative, and solutions-orientedExcellent interpersonal skills and a passion for education, connection, and storytelling.We are committed to integration and equal opportunity.
