Our commitment to product development, innovative research and manufacturing means we will continue to revolutionize the medical aesthetics market while maintaining to be one of the leading manufacturers of HA fillers, worldwide.Prollenium provides competitive compensation, benefits and development opportunities.The Sterilizer Operator is a member of the manufacturing team and, is responsible for cleaning and sterilizing the utensils and equipment used in the production of medical devices.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:Operating industrial washers and autoclave for the complete cleaning and sanitizing of utensilsCleaning of production utensils and equipment, manually or by washing equipmentDetailed document control (using GMP) and accurate documentation of procedures and supplies usedDaily monitoring of water systems, industrial sterilizers and glass washerPrepare cleaning solutions and tools to be usedMonitor inventory of cleaning supplies and follow replenishment proceduresPerform cleaning operations under strict guidelines following a validated procedure (SOP), ensure cleanings are completed promptly and correctlyPerform daily, weekly, and monthly GMP cleaning and housekeepingADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Participate in operations meetings as neededResponsible for performing top down cleaning within the IS0 5 Cleanroom, and its adjacent cleaning areas in the absence of cleaning subcontractorOther duties as assignedMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Technical Knowledge/ExperienceMinimum Grade 12 or College Diploma1 year work experience in a GMP/GLP or ISO compliant environment in the same capacity or either in a Manufacturing or Quality departmentExcellent written and oral English communication skillsExcellent attention to detailsWORKING CONDITIONS:Operators are on their feet, walking or standing for much of the shiftOperators are required to bend, reach, lift and move equipment and supplies as needed.
