Commissionaires Ottawa is seeking an experienced and drivenManager, HR Programs & Complianceto lead our HR program portfolio, enhance compliance frameworks, and champion employee-focused initiatives.What you will be doingThis position plays a pivotal role at the intersection of strategic program development and organizational compliance. Reporting to the CHRO, the Manager is responsible for the design, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of both employee-centric and compliance-driven HR programs. From onboarding and employee recognition to Employment Equity and AODA requirements, the Manager ensures programs are aligned with operational priorities and evolving legislative landscapes.The ideal candidate brings both analytical rigor and creative insight to reimagine how HR programs are delivered and experienced across the organization. A strong communicator and project manager, the Manager proactively identifies risks, monitors emerging legislation, and drives timely policy updates while fostering program visibility and stakeholder engagement.
