Position SummaryThis position is responsible to meet the goals and objectives of the organization by overseeing the site manufacturing operations which may include but not limited to Safety, Quality, Production, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Logistics, and Employee Engagement The position is responsible for the operational metrics and goals, ongoing development and the oversight of all manufacturing processes including continuous improvement and cost savings initiatives as well as overall employee engagement.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily.
