We seek someone who understands the needs of business owners and aims to grow the Personal Banking and Cash Management business in alignment with our strategic goals. This role offers the opportunity to positively impact the organization through coaching and leadership, while managing risks, growing the business, and achieving strategic objectives. Your Responsibilities Recruit, mentor, coach, develop, and engage employeesinvesting in and empowering our greatest asset. Deliver a proactive, personalized, and flawless client experience across all channels and services. Utilize resources, opportunities, and capabilities for profitable, balanced growth across industries and segments. Enhance market awareness and foster productive relationships within the local business and professional community. Achieve strong portfolio growth in personal deposits and lending products. Drive profitable growth in full-service client relationships, including banking fee income and wealth management assets. Maintain sound risk management and operational practices, demonstrated through solid credit performance and compliance with National Banks policies and risk appetite. Team Structure You will be part of a small team within the personal banking sector, reporting to the Senior Manager. Our team is known for high-caliber, tailored service, with a focus on flexibility and quality of life. The branch operates during weekdays only, with no weekend hours. Basic Requirements Bachelors degree with 6 years of banking experience, including 5 years in sales mentoring and leadership, or a University Certificate with equivalent experience in financial services. Mutual Funds license. Knowledge of relationship management, client value articulation, sales strategy, risk assessment, and credit analysis. Experience delivering exceptional client service and building profitable, long-term relationships. Leadership style that fosters engagement, growth, and change. Ability to collaborate across business lines including Business Banking and Wealth Management.
