Welcome to INNIO!Work Schedule/StructureThis is a hybrid position with an expectation of working 2-3 days onsite at our Welland, ON facility.Position OverviewThe Oracle Solutions Architect will provide architecture design and governance expertise while collaboratively working with various stakeholders and leadership in all functional areas to help achieve company objectives with an emphasis on the Supply Chain business.ResponsibilitiesIn-depth knowledge of the process overarching the areas, starting from sales all the way to the realization of revenue, touching on activities related to contract management, billing, collections, etc.Host with business process evaluation workshops (as-is, to-be)Develop initiatives and best practices for continuous business process improvements.Design, develop and implement business processes to achieve organization goals.Track and communicate status of business initiative projects to management.Assist in providing cost/benefit analysis with the businessAnalyze business requirements and provide viable solutions with the appropriate toolsets.Model and demo solutions to the businessProvide guidelines to the implementation teams in implementing the processes accepted by the businessCoordinate and review the developments to be implemented with the identified toolsetsAssist the implementation team in building the solutions fit for a given processAssist in budget planning, resource allocation, and schedule to implement process improvementsPlan, implement and monitor business processProvide an impact analysis for designed or planned process changesGain in-depth knowledge of the tools identified for or a component of a given processAssist in making business decisions relating to tool selection, system implementation, modification, maintenance, etc.Assist in development and maintenance of business process documentations that will be used as reference for preparing test cases, training documents, etc.Update business processes to meet changing business needs.Present analyses, solutions and business cases to senior management.Coordinate with cross-functional team to develop business process requirements and future process mapsWork on future transformational projects, together with the transformation teamSupport the enterprise architect team with decisions related to new solutions, enhancements and strategic IT decisionsJob Specific KnowledgeOwn processes related to Purchasing, Sourcing, Planning and ForecastingGain understanding of tools related to supply chain related processesSupport the business team in selecting tools to manage their processesUnderstand processes related to Oracle ERP Sourcing/ATP/ASCP/VCP/DemantraProvide/understand the integration logic for supporting systemsOwn and understand the design for supplier communication documentsOwn and understand the design of the supplier collaboration platformOwn and understand the purchasing processes related to planning engines like ASCP, min-max, Kan-Ban and consignment processOracle R12 and/or Oracle Fusion cloud consulting backgroundMinimum Requirements5+ years of functional Oracle ERP consulting experience related to Supply Chain / Planning or related productsImplementation experience of at least 5 company transforming projects (EX: ERP, Supply Chain, Planning etc.)Strong planning, organization & presentation skillsAbility to work in a virtual team environmentWillingness to travel based on business needsThorough understanding of business processesKnowledge and expertise in using process-engineering softwareCapability of coordinating with other disciplines and clientsProven skills in routine process calculations and use of process software and in-house developed spreadsheetsIT tools related technical background & expertise preferredScrum certification a plus#waukeshaSeniority levelSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionJob functionEngineering and Information TechnologyIndustriesRenewable Energy Semiconductor ManufacturingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Waukesha Gas Engines by 2xSign in to set job alerts for Solutions Architect roles.Continue with Google Continue with GoogleContinue with Google Continue with GoogleBuffalo, NY $99,000 -
