Evolve and sustain an integrated partnership model with Front Office and other business areas, leveraging ITs unique position to lead ideation on integration and efficiency opportunities. Create and oversee frameworks and systems that meet evolving investment strategies to regularly evaluate the technology landscape against Equity Markets business strategic needs and update the technology program, as required.How You'll SucceedUnderstanding Requirements Track and analyze operating environment for specified services and implement corrective actions as needed. Work with clients and internal partners to determine, negotiate, and manage services to the agreed standards. Monitor service levels to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend appropriate solutions.People Leadership Lead and coach a high performing group team of individuals. Direct, motivate, and develop your team, maximizing their contributions and professional growth. Share knowledge and collaborate to come up with effective solutions to problems.Relationship Management Work closely with clients and business partners to develop, test, and implement application program. Impact and improve the business by advising application owners on the technology possibilities and requirements.Who You AreYou can demonstrate experience with: Proven experience working with Front Office, Capital Markets traders, directly building tools in a variety of technologies. Solid experience working with desk heads and senior traders managing priorities and defining solutions with a strategic view for the future. You also have excellent Front Office business knowledge in one or more asset classes (Equities, FX, Commodities, Fixed Income & Rates). Solid understanding of financial instruments within Equities. 3+ years leading a teams and are a seasoned professional with the ability to coach and help develop other team members.Its an Asset if: You have experience using Bloomberg, Fidessa, or similar platforms.You have a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Business, and/or a related field.You are a bold and authentic leader.
