Imagine yourself leading a passionate team, guiding Canadian youth on unforgettable outdoor adventures. As the Program Director, you'll be the architect of these experiences, ensuring every JUMP! participant unlocks their potential and discovers the transformative power of nature.As a key member of our team, you will spearhead Partnership Support & Partnership Strategy in Canada, manage partnership budgets and approvals, and provide oversight of the program management process. This individual will provide oversight and direction to the operations, finances, staffing and programming to the summer camp in 100 Mile House, British Columbia.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :LMA (Leadership, Management, Accountability)Provide visionary leadership to the Summer Programs team, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and values.Oversee the management and accountability structures within the team, fostering a culture of transparency, responsibility, and continuous improvement.Cultivate and maintain partnerships for the Summer Programs, particularly focusing on partnerships in Canada.Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy to enhance the impact and reach of JUMP!
