If you have a experience in building Sponsorships, strong negotiation skills, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, this exciting opportunity is perfect for you!RoleDutiesAs the Manager, Specialty Leasing you will be responsible for creating miscellaneous revenue for the Centre and ensuring business activity is aligned with the Centres brand identity. You will lead various initiatives to develop sponsorships and media relations, advertising, leasing temporary spaces, and arrange vending. Using your passion for quality design and merchandising standards, you will accomplish the following duties:Prospect vendors for temporary leasing, branded sponsorships and other miscellaneous income including media and vendingDevelop new and innovative ways to increase revenue for the Centre while maintaining high standards of presentation and serviceMaintain a robust database of clients, vendors and new contacts to be used for generating business relationshipsRepresent the Centre in the community in order to build external relationshipsLiaise with Marketing and Operations to maintain branding strategies and develop new revenue opportunitiesEstablish open and constant communication with all temporary tenantsRegulate temporary tenant compliance with Centre rules and regulations regarding merchandisingDocument and administer the leasing of retail merchandising units, kiosks, in-line spaces, storage agreements and other miscellaneous revenue componentsNegotiate lease rates with potential vendorsCreate and effectively manage the Centres Specialty Leasing budget, including resolving discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner, monitoring revenue, allocation of funds and coding invoicesRemain well informed of recent developments in permanent Leasing and how it may impact the Specialty Leasing Program and the CentreOther duties as assignedRequirementsTo excel in this role, we are looking for candidates who are strategic, creative and can successfully utilise their strong interpersonal skills.
