Assiniboine College is seeking a visionary and collaborative leader for the role of Director, Centre for Learning Innovation (CLI). This position provides strategic and operational leadership to advance teaching excellence and the development of high-quality academic programming across the institution. The Director leads a multidisciplinary team of faculty and specialists, supporting professional development in areas such as curriculum design, instructional practice, educational technology, and program evaluation. A key focus of the role is to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in teaching and learning. Working closely with academic leaders and external partners, the Director ensures academic programs remain relevant, inclusive, and aligned with institutional goals. This includes leading quality assurance initiatives and optimizing the use of the Learning Management System (LMS).
