Geology and Mining Career Opportunities We are seeking a skilled Geologist to support our open pit mining operations in Canada and the US. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with resource and reserve models, data analysis, and geological interpretations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of geology and earth sciences, with proficiency in software such as MineSight, Leapfrog, acQuire, and 3D block modeling. Main Responsibilities: Supporting reserve/resource models and reconciliation for open pit mines Analyzing mining recovery, production data, and providing geological interpretations Assisting with highwall mapping, logging, sampling, and daily operations Auditing resource statements and improving modelling practices Identifying risks and opportunities across assigned projects Supporting M&A efforts with geological insights Requirements: Bachelor''s degree (Master''s preferred) in Geology or Earth Sciences 2-5 years'' experience as a production geologist in open pit mining Proficiency in data analysis, statistics, and interpretation Valid driver''s license and willingness to travel What We Offer: An attractive compensation package with benefits starting from day 1 Annual bonus and RRSP matching A full benefits package About Us: We care about people, communities, and the planet.
