We''re seeking a Process Optimization Specialist to join our team in New Brunswick. This is an exciting opportunity to lead quality systems, drive operational improvements, and manage certification programs within a well-established manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing, maintaining, and enhancing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production and issue resolution processes. Key Responsibilities: Develop SOPs for production and issue resolution processes. Manage non-conformance reporting and lead corrective action review meetings. Oversee quality certification programs, including Keystone. Collaborate closely with the maintenance team to identify and implement tooling and operational improvements. Utilize AutoCAD to support drafting needs, layouts, and production process documentation. Requirements: 35 years of experience in process engineering, quality management, or operations within a manufacturing environment. Post-secondary education in Engineering (P.Eng, P.Tech, or a related discipline) or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential. Strong background in quality systems management, non-conformance reporting, and SOP development. A proactive, hands-on problem-solver with excellent organizational and project management skills.
