The successful candidate will lead policy updates, manage compliance programs, and translate legal requirements into operational procedures. Responsibilities Lead HR Program Development: Design, implement, and continuously improve HR programs that align with business needs and ensure compliance with employment legislation. Compliance Management: Monitor compliance metrics, maintain audit-ready documentation, and ensure programs respond to legislative and policy changes. Communication: Develop communication tools, templates, and program materials that support clarity and awareness across the organization. Analysis and Evaluation: Track participation and program outcomes, using data to inform enhancements and demonstrate impact. Requirements Education: Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Legal Studies, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in HR, compliance, or program management. Skills: Exceptional written communication skills, strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and analytical thinking.
