In this role, you''ll play a critical part in providing high-quality patient care by assessing patients in their homes and developing effective care plans. This position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work independently as an integral member of an interdisciplinary care team. You''ll have the chance to promote independence among clients, provide one-on-one therapeutic support, and participate in effective treatment programs. To succeed in this role, you should possess a Master''s Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized university and registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. Additionally, you should have proven computer skills, strong assessment abilities, and excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
