The Operations Administrator plays a key role in the Canada West (CW) Operations team. This position is responsible for providing administrative and organizational support to ensure the smooth and efficient daily operations of the office and facility. Process vendor invoices and allocate costs to proper GL accounts. Perform Equipment department administrative tasks. Monitor/track the flow of all equipment in and out of the facility. Maintain supplies for the office and ensure proper approval is given ordering. Greet on-site visitors and direct them to the correct company personnel. Perform other related administrative duties as assigned. Bachelors degree or equivalent is preferred. ~3 years of administrative experience required. ~ Drivers license Strong Microsoft Office knowledge. Strong time management skills. Fluency in English.
