Job Title

Lead end-to-end management of civil infrastructure projects, including roads, highways, and bridge developments. Define and control project scopes, timelines, budgets, risk profiles, and resource planning. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, utility providers, and government agencies. Manage procurement activities, including drafting RFPs, evaluating bids, and negotiating contracts. Monitor construction activities through site inspections, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety protocols, and regulatory standards. Identify risks and implement effective solutions to maintain project momentum and cost efficiency. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members, including junior engineers and coordinators. Compile and deliver regular project updates, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders. Uphold environmental, safety, and quality standards throughout all stages of project execution. Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Masters degree considered an asset). Over 10 years of progressive project management experience in infrastructure, with a minimum of 5 years focused on road and bridge projects. Demonstrated success in managing large-scale transportation projects with multi-million-dollar budgets. Strong knowledge of local, regional, and national transportation regulations and standards. Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera P6, and design software like AutoCAD or Civil 3D. PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials preferred. Experience with Design-Build project delivery methods.
