Housekeeper and Personal Assistant We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced housekeeper to provide exceptional support to our COO. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our residences in Toronto, Canada, and Florida, USA, alternating every six months. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, has excellent organizational skills, and can adapt to new situations quickly. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional housekeeping services, including laundry, meal preparation, and errands. They should also possess strong communication skills, be trustworthy and discreet, and have a valid driver''s license. Key Responsibilities: Daily housekeeping and deep cleaning of residences Laundry and wardrobe care (including ironing and organization) Meal preparation and light cooking (knowledge of healthy meals is a plus) Running errands (e.g., grocery shopping, dry cleaning, package pickup) Occasional childcare (as needed) Driving the principal to appointments or errands (vehicle provided if necessary) Coordinating with service providers and vendors as required Packing/unpacking for travel and seasonal transitions between homes Requirements: Proven experience in a similar live-in housekeeping or personal assistant role Valid driver''s license (clean driving record preferred) Ability to travel and work legally in both Canada and the U.S. Trustworthy, discreet, and professional demeanor Excellent time management and multitasking skills Flexibility with hours, including some evenings and weekends as needed Strong communication skills in English Benefits: Competitive salary Private living accommodations provided in both locations Travel costs covered Paid vacation and holidays Opportunity to work in a respectful, organized, and beautiful household If you are a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, please submit your application.
